Feixue Li was born in Jinan in northeast China, and now lives and works in New York. As a child, she watched many cartoons such as Neon Genesis Evangelion and Princess Mononoke, and found that she had a great passion for animation. Therefore, she chose to study animation at Nanjing Southeast University as an undergraduate and then computer arts at the School of Visual Arts for graduate study. She is accomplished at character design, storyboard design, and 2D animation, especially fight animation and large perspective poses. Because she took many 3D courses while studying computer art in New York, she is skilled in using 3D software like Maya and ZBrush to assist with 2D animation drawing. She is fond of using bright colors - especially pink.
